No more duplicate accounts just to work with more than one provider.

The first version of Vidukate.ai made a hard rule: every individual user account belonged to a single organization, no exceptions. That meant if two practices each had their own Vidukate.ai account, parents couldn't enroll their child in both without creating two separate accounts.

Now, if a user with a given email address already has an account in Vidukate.ai, an invitation is sent to that user, and they can join the new organization directly. It works as simply as 1-2-3:

  • An organization's administrator or a parent creates a new user within their organization.
Step 1: A new user is created — and if they already have an account, it shows as a pending invitation.

Step 1: A new user is created — and if they already have an account, it shows as a pending invitation.

  • If the user already exists, an invitation to join the organization is sent.
Step 2: The user receives an invitation — their existing account stays exactly the same.

Step 2: The user receives an invitation — their existing account stays exactly the same.

  • The user accepts or rejects the invitation.
Step 3: One click to accept — or decline — the invitation.

Step 3: One click to accept — or decline — the invitation.

One login. Every organization your child works with. That's the goal.
